Watch 'Edward Scissorhands' With MoPOP + Special Guest Isabella L. Price!
For our "Grow Up!" film series, we're exploring adolescence in all its lusty, zitty, complicated glory. Beginning in September and running through December 2020, we'll be celebrating movies from all over the genre map that show just how joyful and confounding being a teenager can be.
You're invited to join us at 4 p.m. PT this Saturday, October 3, as MoPOP Production Associate Kasi Gaarenstroom, MoPOP Manager of Public Engagement Robert Rutherford, and special guest Isabella L. Price lead an online watchalong and virtual discussion of Edward Scissorhands.

Isabella L. Price is a filmmaker, writer, costume designer, podcast host, burlesque performer, and horror film aficionado who currently runs Seattle’s only paranormal radio show, Nocturnal Emissions, on Hollow Earth Radio 104.9 FM. Price has held panels and presentations focusing on genre film at conventions like Crypticon, Emerald City Comic Con, GeekGirlCon, PAXWest, and New York Comic Con.
Here are a handful of program elements you can expect to see this Saturday, October 3 during our Edward Scissorhands watchalong:
- Pre-film introduction with MoPOP’s Kasi Gaarenstroom and It’s Coming from Inside the House watchalong host, MoPOP Manager of Public Engagement Robert Rutherford, plus special guest Isabella L. Price, Seattle’s only horror hostess.
