Our newest exhibition, Massive: The Power of Pop Culture, demonstrates our museum’s commitment to deliver immersive and inclusive pop culture experiences for our community, inviting visitors to actively engage, explore, and contribute to the ongoing narrative of pop culture's evolution through our hallmark hands-on interactives.
The exhibition encourages fans to explore and contextualize what was happening in key moments of pop culture history such as Woodstock and Superbowl XLVII, allowing them to own their roles as pop culture creators and consumers today. This exhibition is the first step of our new organizational journey to champion a global conversation about pop culture’s lasting significance.

In an increasingly fragmented world, pop culture is a universal language through which we can build connections. Since opening our doors in 2000, MoPOP’s programs and exhibitions have reached over 12 million people!
Your gift fuels new experiences and celebrates the pop culture that connects our communities: from exhibitions exploring stop motion animation and the history of hip hop; to a young musician performing in public for the very first time on our Sky Church stage; and a drag camp instructor creating the inclusive space they wish they had as a young person.
