Susana Sepulveda is a PhD candidate at the University of Arizona in the Department of Gender and Women’s Studies. Her research focuses on Chican@ punk genealogies, identities, and cultural productions. She is also front-woman for the punk band Las Sangronas y El Cabron, a zinester, and organizer of the Riot Grrrl Carnival—the annual feminist punk music festival based in Los Angeles.
